Thanks Archus! I'm VERY hopeful that this is already helping resolve some of my issues.

I've been taking magnesium chelate. Is Taurate better?

How long do you think a water fast should last?

I've been doing no alcohol, no sugar, no refined carbs, no fruits or sucrose, no milk, no vinegars/sauces for almost 9 months now, so will keep that up until I'm healthy again!

My anxiety/fatigue really peaked during the entire 2nd week...I was almost getting OCD symptoms along w/ near-panic feeling. But now into the 3rd week it feels a bit better after a HUGE mucus thing came out, which I think was a bundle of destroyed worms (sorry I know it's gross!!) It feels like when the worms are moving through my digestive tract at a certain point they trigger the anxiety, but once they're dead, gone!

Thank you for the encouragement, and the 30 min walk reminded -- very good for the lymph system, and I forget to do that. I'm also trying to remember to get sunlight!
