I have a dental abscess that I am not going to gamble with so I broke down and am beginning a course of clindamycin.

I have seen studies that taking kefir while on oral abx does prevent side effects.

I wonder when the best timing to take the kefir is and how often? I am taking 4 doses abx a day so not much window for spacing them apart more than a couple hours.
