yea when i first started the B12 shots (and this was more then 3 years ago maybe 4) i remember i had a huge rush from it.

i felt like i just took a hit off a crack pipe i thought it was the end to all my problems.

after that though the rush never came back and in all my years of taking B vitamins i'v never felt any energy or rush from them.

its when i don't take them that the real problems start.

i only missed taking the B vitamins once cause i ran out for a few days and it was a hell i don't want to go back to.

extreme anxiety, my nerves felt like they were cracking it was absolute hell. when i got the B vitamins cause my mom had a bottle of AOR (had i of known this never would of happened) i popped 2 and all the hell went away in a couple hours.
