You could be on the cusp of just needing a little more where the AOR keeps the edge off and injections simply arent needed. Even people with normal and high serum B12 levels can have problems making use of it.

Anyway, not saying that IS the problem, its just one of the first things that comes to mind. Ive had pretty good luck with Source naturals brand of dibencozed and methylcobalamin. May not hurt to try popping 1 of each (5mg or 10mg size) and letting them dissolve in the AM to see if you notice a little mental boost. Taking them sublingually allows for MUCH better absorption.

Looks like AOR has a pretty potent methyl b12 you may want to consider.
