I have been dealing with the same problem as you for the past five years now. I believe I am finally on the right path. I noticed you live in Florida. Perfect- look up the National Candida Center online. They are located in Sanford. They will do a stool test to diagnose what offender is living in your gut and then a food sensitivity test. Sounds like you have leaky gut. That's what I have. This happened because I was given 9 rounds of Antibiotics over a 3-year span. Medical doctors just made my condition worse. The only hope is holistic.
