Have you had your blood glucose level measured? It's a simple finger prick. Your hunger and tiredness might be due to that. I don't think that explains the other symptoms but it would be worth ruling that out just in case. Testing while you feel hungry would be the best time.

Can you get your blood pressure result? Contact the Dr/nurse and find out what it was. With some of the symptoms you have, low BP can be another symptom of CFS. If BP is normal it would tend to make it less likely.
