Hi. I am glad that I found your post. I am currently on an extended fast as well. I am curious...exactly how long do you intend to fast and how many previous fasts have you undergone?

I am currently at day 8 and the end date is still undetermined.

I was reading what you said about not drinking water and as an experienced faster I will tell you that is not a good idea. While our bodies can go months without food...we are over 60% water and therefore need it for our survival...especially during a fast.

I know from experience that I do not have bowel movements everyday during my fasts but I do urinate EVERYDAY...which is another form of moving toxins from the body and another reason why drinking water is so essential.
