Thank you Grizz - no, I haven't taken the flu shot for years - I refuse to!! You are right - I never get a cold anymore. Vit D3 is one thing I did do a lot of research on and I was told by a social worker and friend of mine that with my depression, SAD, and just never handling winter very well - that I should take nothing less than 20,000 IU per day.
