People keep asking me if there are alternative Liver Flushes that don't use Epsom Salts . This then got me to start to read up on ES. I'm now thinking that my 2nd Liver-Flush should be ES-free, especially after how achy my kidneys felt the first flush.

So does anyone know of an alternative method to using ES during a LF? I was following Andreas Mortiz's Liver-Flush protocol, but if any of you have a different ES-free version I'm all ears. Thanks!
