Thanks I defiantly agree with you. I think you did misread my post I do take 100mg of Iodine and have been at this since last October. I was referring to the selenium when I was talking about the dose of 600-800mcg. I do take all companions as well. I am just going to break on the Iodine for a few days and keep taking the selenium and companions it seems to help a lot. I am interested in doing the no corn for a month too... I do appreciate the replys, anytime there has been some weird symptoms while taking Iodine I love how I can jump on the forum and quick ask, if not I would have freaked out and just quit taking it all together.
