Im actually 15, Im just curious about fasting and the effects. I would like to try focusing on a profession of mine, Music, without thinking about food non stop and I would like to do so with the purity of fasting. Im not an Over-eater per say but Im out of shape and un healthy so Im Starting my Water Fast today. so good luck to the both of us?
