ive never noticed any issues from wheat but stopped eating it after I learned about all the health problems with Genetically-Modified-Organisms etc.. One thing I noticed since not eating it, is that if I go back and eat something like store-bought frozen pizza it will totally send me into the bathroom in no time... im not sure if its just the wheat or just that its horrible processed food as regular pizza and stuff doesnt seem to bother me if i partake of it once in a blue moon..

i gotta make some flaxseed pizza dough.
