Thank you. I do only use olive oil, coconut, or butter BUT will quit the out to eat once a week bc I know they go for the cheaper oils. I have been gluten free for a year and a half but do consume corn products and will also cut that. Is coffee and issue I do drink one cup a day. Besides that's i do try to be strict. I have been great till the last week but ate out twice and suspected a gluten contamination after. I will take whatever advice!
