Wow! 18 days is amazing!
Can I ask how detox symptoms have been for you? one of the things I've been worried about is the signs of detox such as skin rashes, outbreaks, bad breath etc, symptoms that may be noticed by others as I will be doing my fast while working part time. I'm not trying to keep my fast a secret or anything like that but I know from experience that people who are not educated on fasting don't react well to the idea!
Another thing I'd be interested in knowing is how much weight you have lost on this fast? if you don't mind me asking?
