Thanks for your posting. I was diagnosed with e. histolytic after 8 years of suffering, and was treated by Dr. Cahill about 1.5 years ago. While I feel better, I have not been able to gain weight, and I am extremely food intolerant- I can only eat variations of rice/red lentils, pureed low fibrous vegetables, low/no fiber fruits, etc. I am wondering if any of the other people who are feeling "better", suffered from food intolerances and for how long? Also you noted a great doctor, would you mind recommending him, or how I may find someone who is willing to prescribe medicine anecdotally?
