Hello, I have had around 7 Amalgams in my teeth. I read about benefits of removing it. However, there is risk of mercury poisoning when dentist does it. It is safe if there is sunction pump being used while doctor drills it, also oxygen mask, and whole face and inside of mouth is being covered and rubber dam.

I visited my dentist, I told him about that and safe way to remove the amalgam, he said it is bullsh*t, and that he does not do that, and that all these "Safety" precautions are done only to pull more money off the patients. Well, I told him that I do not want to get it done if he does not do it that way. He forced me to do it, told me to open my mouth and drilled out one of my tooth.

I tried to not breath during that, but I breated in one small particle of amalgam. Also I tried to spit out as much of it as I could, but even later I found blue-ish stain on some of my teeth from Amalgam (cleaned them of course), but god knows how much have I absorbed.

I still have 6 more Amalgams in my teeth.

Is there any danger to that? I mean,I read a lot about it on the internet and all of that mercury poisoning scares me.


Ok, so the thing is: I take vitamin C,B complex, E, cod liver oil, MSM and CoQ10.
Should I stop taking any of the following supplements? Especially MSM?
Next thing is: I would like to do heavy metal detox even though I have 6 more Amalgams in my body. Can I still do it ? I read that safe way to do it is by using the Bentonite clay, either by bath detox or me taking it internally. Can I do that?

Where can I find more about schulzes protocol using bentonice clay and activated charcoal? And which brand would you recommend me to use?
