I've never heard of a Coffee-Enema causing such issues. I have noticed when doing my CEs that a tsp of Sea Salt will take away any cramping and makes it much easier to retain. Could be that you already had some inflammation in that area and perhaps the coffee precipitated the reaction. Hard to say for sure but either way I would give it some time to heal before doing another. Perhaps taking some aloe vera might be helpful to heal things up.
