I havn't seen any evidence of Tapeworms come out of me. I had a mixed roundworm infection ( pinworm, hookworm, ascaris, and a filarial worm) and some flukes. I take the ivermectin horse paste. One dose before bed for 7 days. I cycled it 7 off and on for a bit then I combined it with the albendazole and got better results that way. For maintanance I will probably take the ivermectin once a month and the Wormwood combo.
