One year ago, I started Lugols Iodine 3 drops a day and have continued that. Right away I noticed improvement mainly with digestion and IBS. Apparently I was deficient in stomach acid and the Iodine helped increase that and IBS went away. Sleep was better also. My question is for 3-4 months now it seems like the Iodine isn't working anymore. Digestion and IBS is are reversing to the way it was before iodine. Anyone else have this issue with iodine stop working. Any advice would be appreciated?
