I have just been diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis and am scared. I don't know what to do or expect. I have known something was wrong for 30 but no doc could find out what it was. An abdominal MRI discovered it by accident. I get so tired with exercise the day after it. I am already doing breathing exercises. Quite depressing from everything I've read. Anything natural to do?
