Let me be more precise :)

I had 3 bowel movements in the morning, and what i consumed since was yogurt, watermelon.. rice and beans, wheatgrass juice and steamed carrots all in little amounts.

And now I have this mild pain, which isn't killing me though.. just wondering whether I should worry about it or not!!
