Thank you. I came back for a bit to answer some questions. I ruled out bacterial/fungal a long time ago. What I was left with was, this must be viral then. I realized that my herpes simplex had been dormant for many years and then 3 years ago attacked my lips and I'm guessing never stopped. The milk put the virus back in dormant since there is no cure for herpes, all you can do is put it back to sleep. That is what milk did for me, put the virus back to sleep and I was able to heal my lips naturally.
