Day 4, and I'm still having uncontrollable coughing fits. This morning I did JUST the CS(no mullein/lubelia). I feel like the cough is getting worse.

No green/grey mucus, just clear, to light yellow. Throat is pretty raw and I'm hurting something fierce.

Should I keep going? Is this really all Herx related?
