The only way to help yourself right now is to stay clear of any meds and start immediately on a really strict health protocol that must be adhered to. I will tell you this and you may not like what I say. You could be looking at a 2 year strict protocol to bring you back to what you should be.

You should immediately buy a quality Blood Electrification device to bob beck's specification (Sota ZBB5).

You should find a quality water source wether bottled, distilled but stay away from your water system.

Heres a protocol for you

No Dairy, Meat, Cooked Foods, Refined Sugar, table salt , Soda, Alcohol, Tea, Coffee, Aspartame, Sucralose, Splenda, MSG, Soy

Water only and to Dr Batmanghelidj's recommendations at least but you should aim for half your body weight in pounds halved and in oz (100lbs = 50 ounces of water) this should be taken throughout the day not in one or two goes.

Real Salt (HIMALAYAN) must be used to increase electrolytes and hydration. This means 1250mg (1/4tsp) for every litre of water taken. I suggest for the first week or two 1/2tsp but its up to you. This is a must!

Cayenne Pepper drinks 2-3 a day (250ml hot water with 1 tsp of Cayenne)

Electricy the Blood at least 2 hours a day for 180 hours making sure the last 48 hours you try to electrify as much as possible throughout the whole two days.

Up to 20lbs of Raw vegetables and fruit a day.

Hulda Clark or Richard Schulze Cleanses starting with Colon then Kidneys then the LIVER. You will need to do a few Liver flushes.

Kombucha Tea homemade or UNpasteurised 1 Litre a day but start at 166ml a day for a week and build up 1 glass extra a week till you do the 1 litre. The 1 litre should be spread through at least 3 times a day, not in one go!

This protocol is not easy and major dedication is needed in order to do this. You may go through some tough times with possible Herxheimer reactions (healing crisis) but push through and you will come out better for it. You may find that your CD count dips even lower but within a couple of days it should dramatically rise as was the case with many AIDS sufferers.

If you can get a quality Ozone generator even if its just a SOTA WOZ4 water machine then take 5-8 glasses of Ozone water daily for a good while and this can be counted in your daily water allowance.
