Have you had a food sensitivity test? I do food sensitivity testing and acid reflux is often a consequence of eating foods that do not agree with someone. All the foods you are eating, chicken, fish, eggs, aloe vera, avocados and bananas are all foods that come up regularly during testing. I suggest having a test and also getting all your supplements tested too. I recently had someone who chose to buy their supplements from Holland & Barrat rather than the sources I recommended. When we tested the supplements, several of them were highlighted as problematic. The client stopped taking them and the problem resolved almost immediately.
