I had a 10cm hemangioma removed 5 yrs ago. DO NOT let anyone do a biopsy...it can cause a hemangioma to burst. It's true that hemangiomas are benign...but the fluid inside of them is poisonous and can kill u fast, within minutes. See a liver surgeon!
