Its very nice to know you are doing well on the ACE drops.

This encourages me to try them.at some point.

Its interesting to see that you two take seriphos, even with low cortisol, and probably with high adrenaline and it seems to help a bit. Don't know if is safe bc here we always heard is not good for low cortisolers.

Maybe when I wake up in the night with the pounding in the neck and feeling awake I could take a tiny piece of seriphos to calm down my adrenaline??? Its an idea.
I'm sorry to hear Chrissy123 you were doing better and then when you tried to detox metal you did got worst. We do that type of thing thinking in getting better, many times without help of any type. Is tough. Hope you can get better again!
