I just finished my second 5 gallon flush.I mixed some very strong organic coffee with the 5 gallons of filtered water.Almost instantly I was passing some of the nastiest mucus and sludge ever,it just kept coming out.Once again I became nauseated and had to vomit.I am convinced that all the toxic waste is causing me to vomit.I don't mind it too much because I feel awesome when the procedure is over.I will wait a day and do it again.I am already feeling much lighter and energized.
