Okay, thanks. I'll certainly look into that. Because both approaches seem logical to me.
1. straight after the Master-Cleanse my colon is clear (as A. Moritz suggests to do a preparation for the liver flush) and I would get out all the stuff 'left' from the MC.
2. Waiting a few days and eating would rebuild the bile.. how many days would you wait? (not including the ease-of phase of the mc I guess).

I am only afraid that I'll be sickly yellow again from the Master-Cleanse as I was last year. Also my tongue was heavily coated which stayed that way.
Now I have many digestional problems, bloating, leaky gut and of course the white tongue.. that's why I am doing the MC, because nothing else helped :/
