I hadn't thought of what I'm going to do. I do know I'm going to stay away from herbs because in my case it made them scatter.

It's been fairly quiet with them since I wrote that post. I have felt them in my head after the scatter now I'm worried about cysts being developed in my brain. This is all too much at times isn't it?
