Please find a good counselor and work through this.

You sound like you are an honest person who wants to do the right thing when it comes to others.

However, you are being way too hard on yourself by worrying about every little thing.

It's possible that you suffer from anxiety. I'm no doctor but this is something you can explore with a good counselor.
