Has anyone here ever done their flushes in the morning? I haven't flushed for a year now and feel a need.

I seem unable to do a search within the forum since they changed things around here, so can't search for the phrase " Liver Flush in the morning".

I dislike having to eat a tiny, restricted, no-fat diet all day, that's why I want to try flushing in the mornings as soon as I get up, when I don't feel hungry and I'm all nice & empty.
