Ok Archus and hannah. Thanks! I'll try that and see how it goes. I am on my second flush now. Way to go until 5-6 to where the majority of people reports symptoms really clearing, and nearly nothing compared to 12-20 flushes that most people seem to need before all symptoms vanish. Patience, patience! But I can't wait! lol. Thanks again.
