Would taking the bio hpf help? Its designed to push out dead or alive bacteria and make the stomach not conducive to the growth of bacteria. I notice when I take it it makes my gastritis flare up (although it is not terrible pain). I wonder if that means it's working, or if the barberry in it is aggravating my stomach, as I read it could do that.
