Nice to hear from you! I wondered what happened to you. Sorry about the Candida - it sounds miserable! Hope that clears up FAST! (Notice the pun!)

Your veggie diet sounds good. I have a fridge full just waiting for the day when I decide to chuck it in! One of the benefits of a long fast is that food really does become irrelevant! No more cravings for KFC:>( That was a strange one since I don't ever eat the stuff when I am not fasting!
