Hi Corncob.. You mean the ol Crapsules mate? Yeah there are quite a few people doing this by making their own pills and putting them in double encoated capsules and swallowing. I need to do more research though. Some say it can cause SIBO other say it cures it. I do know that small bowel is the problematic area for me. I'm thinking i Might need to go on an intensive gut healing stage maybe even follow GAPS or something for a month or two. Can't get the bacteria to repopulate effectively if there is so smooth surface for it to take to,
