Hi Judia

Well it would have been but because of the candida I had to stop. I had really wanted to go for a futher length (atleast 30 days) then I did but the maple was feeding the candida. So although I'm off the Master-Cleanse I'm eating soups, fresh fruit and veges, P&B shakes and lots of water. I will probably go back on the Master-Cleanse in a little while once I've gotten everything undercontrol again. I am so pleased that my Master-Cleanse buddy is still going as i've been monitoring your progress pretty closely as we started at the same time and your story is very cool.

Congrats on day 21 believe it or not from a jealous non-MC'er... never thought that would be possible but there it is.
