From what i understand, high dose msm is a powerful detox-er/ estrogen balancer. The problem is, i struggle to drink it down. It literally makes me shudder.

Someone could suggest capsules, but from what i understand, alot of those capsules (even the veggie ones) contain nasty substances in them, so would prefer to go without them.

My question is, will taking high dose msm-enemas be as effective, (if not more) than taking it orally? Are there any side effects and is it safe?
