Hi, yes I had the same problem but its not because of the flushes, its because you have eliminated gluten and carbs. Put it back in your diet and your skin will go back to normal. Make sure your diet has a large variety and dont be so restrictive. Contrary to the common belief removing gluten is actually not a good thing for people that are not celiac and have a fast metabolism. You need the extra nutrients.
