I've had the exact same issue for the last 4 years and it just seems to be getting progressively worse. My GI doctor gave me a hydrogen test which came back to show that i have Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO). I am on Antibiotics now. Now sure if this will cure the symptoms, but after doing some digging online, it looks like this condition can also be treated with a SCD (specific carb diet). If the Antibiotics don't work, i think the next step will be this diet.
