i find that board to be very detailed, but also very confusing & overwhelming for people who are ill & have problems absorbing lots of technical biochemistry details.

But i found this specific thread post, by Freddd, put up Feb/2013 which has a very good simplified incremental treatment stepped protocol using what he calls the DEADLOCK QUARTET of the 4 supplements to use to unblock the methylation block to restore health.
the 4 are:
methylcobalamin B12
Metafolin (FolaPro) L-5-MTHF active folate
L-Carnitine Fumarate (expensive)
Adenosylcobalamin B12



he is not a fan whatsoever of the hydroxocobalamin B12,& avoids it avidly, which is also available as a supplement. It is claimed in this 2007 book that this form of B12 is the ONLY form which can extinguish the NO- free radical in the NO-/ONOO- loop that the methylation cycle gets caught up in!
