Yes, I have been on Iodine drops since Easter when I discovered that my Sea Kelp tablets were not even close to adequate for my needs. I am using a considerable loading dose and hope to see results in time. Thank you.
I hear you on the belly! After 6 kids and hypothyroid I have developed one of those. I have been working very hard but it seems only fasting will do. :~)
