Digestive enzymes, I tried a few, but always within a treatment with other supplements. Never tried a really powerful one on its own.

I did try one of the most powerful pro-biotic in the world though, for MONTHS. Along with a super healthy diet. Even mashed my foods (puréed veggies, minced meat, mashed potatoes). No change at all.
