Yes I've learned all about the colon stuff and I'm going to begin enemas tomorrow. I read that Liver Flushes were very overwhelming for your immune system if it's already impaired, but I'm still willing to try. Is there a certain protocol you recommend? A lot of them involve apple juice so would it be okay to leave that out since I'm avoiding sugar? I see there's a more gradual one listed, where you drink this everday:

Warm 3 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil
Quarter glass apple juice
Half a lemon
Clove of garlic
Similar piece of fresh ginger

Would you recommend that, or a more intense, fast one?
