Over the years people have come up with different suggestions but nothing has replaced the regular flush.
I don't think of it as 24 hour
flush, since you do it night and you only might have to be home the next morning after
you take the Epsom Salts .
If you don't take the ES in the morning and do it later in
the day when you are home again, that might work too.
