Hello. I am so sorry you are dealing with this also. I am using serrapeptase to hopefully prevent reoccurrence, but it did not make mine go away. I have been lucky to have very good success with the 2 tbls calamine lotion, plus 1 teasp. witch hazel and 1 teasp. tea tree oil. I put it on a cotton ball and place directly on the cyst for about 30 minutes at a time. Sometimes it takes two or three applications, but it eventually bursts - every time! Mine came back the first time after this because I got lazy with following up with sitz baths. This last time (Sunday), after mine burst and drained, I have been religiously following up with sitz baths every day, adding Epsom Salts and a few drops of tea tree oil to the water and soak for at least half hour. Mine is continuing to drain, and is almost completely gone. Good luck! I hope I can help others with this terrible thing.
