Palacima, how bout you either post something positive or nothing at all. This website is depressing enough as it is, not really any need for "oh i dont find that credible or "good luck managing it. blah blah blah."

There is not one cure for everyone and its not out of this world to be cured by leaving them alone. The body is constantly heaing itself...

Anyways.. One thing I stopped doing before I got EC was i quit drinking milk, something that i had drinken since i was a kid, and i was eating really poorly. I started drinking milk again last week, and started taking EFA's and a B energy complex vitamin. I have seen good improvement.

I have a feeling I was lacking in Vitamin B2 which can cause lips to peel, and also lacking in the vitamins milk provided, since i was eating and drinking so poorly.

So the milk could have helped him if he was deficient in B vitamins or vitamin D
