Thanks. I am realizing more and more that I really don't want, nor even need, a psych ward.

I've been to three different psych wards, visiting friends and family each time, not as a patient, so I do know what they're like. I guess I was just feeling (and still am) helpless and don't know where I can get help, and the first thought was, "Go to a psych ward, have them give you something so you can sleep and get on a schedule..." but really, not worth the other things that go with it.
