Thanks nobugs!..I actually have wanted to do a Liver Flush since Friday but work and life got in the way. With this coldsore I'm thinking I was intuitively getting a hint that my body needed it.

Thank you for the links, I read them all and will stick with my original plan to flush..

Naturally, I will report in about it..*wink*..with all the stoney details..*L*..
