I still think it is best to come off the Master-Cleanse before the LF. My naturopath suggested a week to two weeks... to get the ole bile flowing in the liver.

The Master-Cleanse itself is a great kidney, liver and gall bladder cleanser. Let it do its thing, then eat a clean, rebuilding diet and hit the ole LF! I am headed that way next week.

And just made a batch of fresh coconut milk. Oboy!

How long do you have to go?
